What we text
We only send texts about the job at hand: your inspection booking and report, such as inspection booked, inspection cancelled, and report ready notices. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
You opt in on our online booking form by giving your mobile number and checking an optional checkbox for job-related texts. It is unchecked by default, and opting in is not required to book or a condition of any service. The form reads:
By selecting the checkbox and submitting this form, you opt-in to receive informational text messages (inspection booked, inspection cancelled, report ready, etc.) from Inspect KC via an automated system. Opting out of transactional messages may prevent you from receiving updates about your inspection booking and report.
Message frequency may vary. Standard data rates may apply. Reply ‘STOP’ to unsubscribe from future messages. For more information, reply ‘HELP’.
