Who sends the texts
Text messages are sent by Inspect KC, a home inspection company based in Lee’s Summit, MO 64086, through an automated system.
What the texts are for
We only text about the job at hand: your inspection booking and report, such as inspection booked, inspection cancelled, and report ready. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
When you book an inspection online, the client step of our booking form has an optional checkbox for job-related texts. It starts unchecked, and opting in is not required to book an inspection.
- “By selecting the checkbox and submitting this form, you opt-in to receive informational text messages (inspection booked, inspection cancelled, report ready, etc.) from Inspect KC via an automated system. Opting out of transactional messages may prevent you from receiving updates about your inspection booking and report.”

Privacy
We do not share, sell, or rent mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
